Holly Lisle Lisle's e-books have gotten me unstuck numerous times and offered me tons of valuable information. Here's a sample ebook, "Creating a Plot Clinic," so that you can see what I'm talking about. If you like it, download the full version; it's well worth the few bucks!
This freeware program is a real eyesaver. It prompts you to take a break at regular intervals (which you set). I tend to bury myself in projects and not look up for hours at a time, so this really helps me remember to look away from the computer.
